PERFORMANCE COACH / MICHAEL SURGES

With an extensive grappling background in wrestling, Coach Surges expertly structures each session to prepare athletes for the physical demands of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and enhance their athletic performance. His diverse experience spans Strength and Conditioning as well as clinical work in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. This unique combination of sports performance and sports science provides the foundation for our Advanced BJJ Preparation Program.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES TWO (60MIN) SESSIONS PER WEEK


TWO GROUP OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

- Monday & Wednesday 8:30AM

WHAT TO EXPECT ON FIRST VISIT 

Come Prepared.

First, we will gather your athletic and injury history, then perform the following:


- Orthopedic & Neuromuscular Assessments 

- Upper/Lower Body Max Power Test 

- Endurance Profiling 

- Respiratory Assessment


Once testing and initial metrics are completed, training begins.


* Metrics will be periodically tested in the small group sessions to gauge progress.
